Designing a scalable operating system for fish farms
Fish farms need to coordinate daily work, follow procedures and document every action across sites, shifts and demanding field conditions.
Working with Qnappen’s founders, I helped shape a 0→1 product that turns complex operations into clear tasks, step-by-step procedures, reporting and traceable records. Built and tested with a working fish farm, Qnappen Task became a B2B product that Qnappen now sells to fish farms.
