Couchers.org is a community-driven travel platform similar to Couchsurfing, where people stay with locals, meet travelers, and build meaningful cultural connections.

I redesigned the homepage experience within a two-week MVP-focused timeline to increase sign-ups and make the platform feel more social, alive, and trustworthy.

While implementation capacity was limited, many of the core conversion-focused improvements were successfully introduced contributing to a 21% increase in average daily sign-ups within the first month after rollout.
