Enterprise employees in regulated industries have to complete mandatory training based on long, complex learning materials.

I designed contextual AI learning workflows for a platform used by millions of enterprise users across organizations including Visa, DHL, and Roche helping employees summarize complex materials, surface key information, and generate practice questions directly inside the learning flow.

The redesign helped communicate the platform’s AI capabilities to enterprise stakeholders while reducing friction in mandatory training workflows and generating strong positive feedback during customer discussions.
