Contextual AI for enterprise learning
Enterprise learners in regulated industries often need to complete mandatory training before they can perform their jobs. Navigating long training materials and find key information efficiently was a recurring challenge.
Through learning completion analysis and AI-assisted learning exploration, I designed contextual AI workflows that surfaced summaries, key insights, and answers directly within the learning experience for a platform used by 140M+ enterprise users.
Following launch, customer interviews indicated strong interest in contextual AI capabilities, with users highlighting improved access to relevant information within the learning experience.
