Through product analytics, manager workflow analysis, and AI workflow exploration, I designed an AI-powered, evidence-based dashboard that surfaced team risks, prioritized actions, and unified workforce reporting for a platform used by 140M+ enterprise users.

Usability testing achieved a 92% task success rate, indicating managers could identify compliance gaps and address workforce risks before they escalated.
